I come from the point of view of a normal person who just wanted to live in a beautiful space. As such, I am very aware of costs and limitations on new purchases as opposed to using what you already have. I aim to make living in gorgeous spaces as accessible as possible!

After filling out an inquiry form, I will get in touch and schedule a free 15 minute phone call to go over your project and see if we will be a good fit.
After this, we’ll schedule an onsite visit, which is a $50 fee, so I can see the space (in person is preferred, but virtual can be arranged) and have a longer conversation about your style, goals, and needs for the room.

First, we begin with that onsite consultation, where I will photograph the space and get a better idea of your needs and budget. This is a $50 fee and typically takes about an hour.
After that, I will create a project estimate in terms of cost and time. Once approved, I will start by creating vision boards and renderings to make sure we’re both on the same page. All designs are signed off on both sides before any on-site work begins.
I will create a list with links and costs to all pieces that need to be purchased for the room. I use a wide variety of retailers and sources to work within your budget.
Depending on how much you want to be hands off or hands on, I will hand off the renderings + the list of links to you, or I will continue to manage the project through to completion.

I charge on a sliding scale based on the number of rooms you wish to redesign, and scope of each room. Typically, a basic one room design will cost $250, where I provide you with design renders and links to purchase, and you take it from there.
When things like multiple rooms, paint, wallpaper, or tile get involved, then the price scales upwards from there. When more contract services are involved, it usually comes in from $500-$750 a room.Multiple room designs can be bundled for a discount.
All prices are discussed up front before any additional work is done on my end.
